We export the full range of MWC
watches to any country worldwide at a standard delivery cost of £6.00, US$9.00
or €7.00. Delivery time is on average 6 days to EU countries and 7-10 days to
the US and Canada - less if the model is in stock with a local agent - and up
to 14 days elsewhere. If watches are needed more quickly we offer a variety of
next day and 48 hour services to most locations at extra cost. WARRANTY
POLICY We will no longer accept
any returned watches or warranty repairs without an MWC Returns Authorisation
Number. This number is crucial to ensure that items go to the correct location
and can be tracked through our systems. It will also minimise the risk of loss
and enable any packages damaged in transit to be identified. Returns

Contact you nearest MWC location which is listed on our homepage or email RAN@mwc-distribution.com
- Request a Returns Authorisation Number
(RAN)
- Return the item with a letter
stating the fault and the RAN which we gave you

Ensure the RAN is also written somewhere on the reverse of the envelope.
- Enclose
your credit card number with expiry date and 3 digit security code to enable us
to bill the return postage charges of £6.00, US$9.00 or €7.00

Procedure for Watches Not Supplied Directly by MWC In
many cases customers have items purchased either from MWC Dealers or issued to
them while serving in the military, police or working for an airline. In these
circumstances the supplier or quartermaster will have their own procedures to
deal with any warranty issues. These procedures will tend to vary from one outlet
to another. Warranty : All watches
sold by MWC International S.A are supplied with 12 months warranty from date of
purchase. If a watch is faulty on arrival and returned within seven days we will
replace it with the same model and return the watch to you along with a refund
of your postage. If the same model is not available you will be given a choice
of replacement followed by the option of a full refund or credit note. Q:
What is covered under the MWC guarantee? A: The guarantee covers the movement
of the watch against defects for 12 Months. It also covers any genuine manufacturing
defects within this period in which case it will be repaired free of charge, except
for the return P&P and Insurance charge. Q:
What is covered NOT under the MWC guarantee? A: Batteries, Case, Straps,
Glass, Clasp. Accidental damage, unauthorised repair, water penetration though
misuse, discolouration/wear occurring through normal use. Q:
How long will it take to service my watch? / How will I receive it back?
A: Please allow up to 28 days for the return of your watch. However there may
be a delay over the 28-day period if spare parts are not in stock, if this is
the case we will inform you. We will return your watch back to you and insure
